Dave Chappelle Crowns R. Kelly as The 'King of R&B'

As the debate over who's the 'King of R&B' continues on, Dave Chappelle has gone on record with likely the most controversial opinion yet. 

While at a holiday party in Toronto, Chappelle took the mic and said: "I hate to say it because he pees on people... but R. Kelly is the King of R&B," before the DJ played "Bump and Grind" over a scattering of boos from the crowd. Chappelle, however, raised his glass and lip-synced the song with great enthusiasm.  

It should be noted that Chappelle did a famous skit on R. Kelly back in 2003, mocking the singer's infamous pee-incident in the first season of The Chappelle Show.
