Update 12/21/2018:

Dame Dash is continuing to go at Funk Flex after comments the DJ made about Dash and his net worth. Flex previously did a side-by-side comparison of his and Dash's net worth, which has led Dash to respond with a post of his own on Instagram. Dash posted a side-by-side comparison of his own where he listed all the companies he had or has. On Flex's side of the photo were two bullet points that said "same desk job for 30 years" and "career coon."

Update 12/21/2018: Known for never backing down in a beef, Funk Flex has responded to Dame Dash saying he has a slave mentality by comparing their alleged net worths posted online.

Flex did a side-by-side comparison, which showed his $14 million net worth versus Dame's $2 million listed net worth. He captioned the post, " @duskopoppington ? You up BOSS? Maybe we leave the comments on for this one? You speaking BOSS language still?"

Dame has yet to respond, but we'll be sure to update you on this story as more information is available.

Update 12/20/2018:

Dame Dash didn't take too kindly to Funk Flex's recent diatribe regarding Dame's disdain for Lyor Cohen. But in Dame Dash fashion, he dismissed and belittled Flex for having a slave mentality and no having the pedigree of a boss. He pointed out that Flex is only making these comments at the behest of Cohen because he's been bought off. Dame wrote on Instagram, "@funkflex dont be a coward...and we all know #liarcohen@youtubemusic is paying you cause he’s to much of a coward to face me himself...just like they always do... (divide and conquer)..your the help...and your mentality is help..."

Channeling Drake from a few years back, Dame punctuated his response with a call for Hot 97 to fire Funk Flex, "@hot97 if y’all don’t fire this clown your radio station is dead like his career."

Original 12/19/2018:

Damon Dash has made it his duty to call out the "culture vultures" within the hip-hop industry. One of Dame's main targets over the years has been Lyor Cohen. But Funk Flex decided to jump into the fray and come to the defense of Cohen over Dame's "culture vulture" comments. Flex wrote a lengthy post on Instagram where he praised Dame's hustle but said he would have never made any of it happen without the Def Jam platform that Cohen headed. "YOU are a LIAR.. that man helped u... There are people with legitimate issues with Lyor! Dame ain’t one of them!" Adding, “Without the Def Jam machine Roc-a-Fella would have died in the wind!”

“It’s always easy to turn people against the rich JEWISH GUY that is still relevant and making money,” Flex wrote before ending the post with "THIS ISN'T UP FOR DEBATE. #DameDashIsaLiar."
