Continuing to express his vitriol for Funk Flex and Lyor Cohen, Dame Dash most recently went to Instagram to put his criticism in a historical perspective. Using statements once made from Minister Louis Farrakhan, Dash illustrated how the scenario played out by Cohen has been manifested in society for generations, in which people outside of black culture have capitalized on its value by finding ways to exploit it.

In the excerpt Dash used for his post, Farrakhan says "Whenever we're talented, there's always a white person, particularly a Jewish person, that would see merit in our talent and desire to exploit it for their personal gain, make us famous, but keep us dumb."

Farrakhan goes on to say "They'll always want to see if they can offer you money, and make you betray the confidence, and the trust, and the love, that you started with," a statement that Dash may feel applies to Funk Flex.

In the caption, Dash made sure the message was clear, writing "@louisfarrakhan has been warning about this person for years...I’m not gonna stop till #liarcohen the culture vulture of this generation quits @youtubemusic or gives me a fair one ... I don’t care what #careercoon tries to defend him #ceobeef#doitfortheculture liar never send someone from my culture to do your dirty work...I’m calling you out.. holla at me merry Xmas #staytuned and no disrespect to anybody Jewish this dude doesn’t reflect a whole culture just the Jewish culture vultures just wanna be clear this is not a black or white thing it’s a mentality thing the black culture vultures are worst than the white ones."
