Pretty Ricky artist Pleasure P, who also appeared on Love and Hip Hop Miami, was arrested early on Friday (December 28) morning after celebrating his 34th birthday in Miami Beach.
Police say Pleasure P, real name Marcus Ramone Cooper, was pulled over after police clocked him going 100 mph in a 45 mph zone and they claim he almost crashed into another car. Police had Cooper exit the vehicle because of his illegal window tint, and he hesitated to give the officer his arm when asked to put his hands behind his back. Backup had to be called because Cooper reportedly wasn't obeying orders to get in the back of the car.
Once in the car, the arresting officer had to roll down the windows because the odor of alcohol on Cooper was so strong. He also reportedly refused to submit to a series of field sobriety tests, and instead asked police to call his lawyer, Shaquille O'Neal, and Flo Rida. He was instead booked on charges of resisting an officer without violence, driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.
