An officer in Illinois found herself in a precarious situation after questioning a man who was later found out to be a wanted murderer. Officer Brianna Tedesco approached an SUV that was parked on a dirt path in a Chicago suburb. After a series of questions regarding the man's identification led nowhere, the fugitive decided to pull out his gun on the officer. The dashcam video shows Tedesco struggling with the man who was later ID'ed as Kenneth Martell, a man wanted for the home invasion/murder of an 88-year-old man named  Theodore Garver from Springboro, PA.

While Tedesco and Martell struggled over the gun, Tedesco's partner Anthony Loiacono approached the vehicle and opened fire, killing Martell with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Authorities found a number of guns and rifles as well as court documents in Martell's name in the woods nearby.
