It seems the backlash from the ‘Surviving R. Kelly’ Lifetime documentary has finally caught up to artist’s label, as they have reportedly put a halt on the release of any new material from Kelly.
According to sources that spoke to TMZ, the label has no plan on putting money behind any of his projects, nor will they participate in the production of his new music until the criminal investigation against him in Georgia are settled.
Along with that, sources that spoke to TMZ said other artists are turning down collaborations with Kelly since the release of the documentary.
