Cincinnati area homeowners managed to fend off home invaders and left one of the men with a massive black eye. Local police were prompted about the home invasion around 7 pm Wednesday evening. According to one of the residents, Dillion Schuler, the invaders had gotten into the house but were greeted by his sister's boyfriend before he entered the fray. “I was in the shower and I heard my sister screaming my name and I walk up to the room and my sister’s boyfriend had him lying on the ground and I was so confused because I thought they were wrestling,” said Schuler.

He also mentioned a struggle over a gun occurred before the firearm went off. Police say no one was hit. Schuler also spoke about how traumatizing the entire ordeal was: “He was trying to get up and fight again. I was shaking. The cops were asking me to write a statement after I was shaking – the whole house was crying, it was a very scary moment."

Police arrested Kameron Turney who was held on $25,000 bond. The second burglar is still at large.
