A video that has since gone viral shot in South Philly shows a man's leg catch on fire after security guards of a local establish shot him with a stun gun. The video shows the altercation already in progress as the man is on the ground and tased. His leg immediately bursts into flames after being tased. Reports say police were not contacted about the incident.
