Attorney Michael Avenatti has confirmed that a third tape involving R. Kelly allegedly having sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl has surfaced.
Avenatti tweeted on Monday (February 18), "Update: We have become aware of the existence of a third tape, that allegedly shows further acts of sexual abuse of an underage girl by R Kelly, which we are presently working to recover and turnover to law enforcement."
Avenatti referred to the second recently surfaced tape of R. Kelly and a 14-year-old girl, revealing the victim in the third tape is a different teen. He tweeted, "Update: We have again confirmed that the 14 year old victim on the tape we have provided to the office of the Cook County State's Attorney is NOT Gloria Allred's client."
