Greg Kading spoke to VladTV about Keefe D's confession about who shot 2Pac in Las Vegas coming about after a federal case was made against Keefe D. Kading explained that Keefe D made the confession on a "proffer letter," also known as a "Queen for a Day" letter, which allowed him to confess to a crime without it being used against him.
During the sit-down, Kading also spoke about all of the people in the car that shot at 2Pac and Suge Knight being dead except for Keefe D.
