Prosecutors are claiming that 18-year-old rapper Tay-K attempted to start a new gang called the Rug-Rats while locked up. The teen, real name Taymor McIntyre, previously released a song called "Rug Rat," which has over 9,500 views on YouTube.
Details of the gang have been released, including the rules, which are called the "Law of Power." The rules reportedly stated that there should be "no snitching, no stealing from other Rug-Rat members, no disobeying high-ranking members and no hurting or slaughter of children, unless necessary." The rules also stated, "Love, respect, protect and cherish your fellow Rug-Rat always."
This information was part of a notice filed by prosecutor Bill Vassar, which listed 27 examples of crime and bad behavior allegedly carried out by Tay-K, including the two murders he's accused of committing. He's still awaiting trial.
