A report surfaced saying the murder suspect in the XXXTentacion murder has asked for access to more evidence.
The lawyers of suspect Michael Boatwright say that prosecutors neglected to provide sworn statements from X’s mother Cleopatra Bernard and the mother of the X’s child— Jenesis Sanchez. Reports are noting that the suspect is asking to see every single statement from the court case.
A document that surfaced says “The defense is hereby requesting copies of these sworn statements, as well as any statements taken by anyone in connection with this case not specifically listed or provided to the Defense.” Along with that, Boatwright’s lawyer is asking for all photos related to the case, and the body cam footage from officers on the scene.
