In some very unfortunate news, Bushwick Bill of the legendary Geto Boys has revealed he is battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He told TMZ he received the news back in February after having a mass that formed on his pancreas checked. "Finally, by Feb. 8, they said it was stage 4 pancreatic cancer," he told TMZ. "It was just crazy to find out that pancreatic cancer is undetected until it's in the fourth or fifth stage." He said he didn't immediately tell his group members, Scarface and Willie D, adding "I've only told close family members. I figured keeping it to myself isn't really helping anyone."
