The rapper said being around millionaires and billionaires exposed him to asking the question of why people show off possessions on social media, then went on to say that broke people spend before they get it, and rich people tend to spend after they get it. He said one guy, in particular, pointed the situation out to him and said that there is a process to get to the riches. Meek said he does it because of who motivated him to get it—Allen Iverson. He said Iverson rolling through his neighborhood in luxury made him want more. He noted that his posts serve as motivation for people who come from where he comes from.
