YNW Melly was seen smiling and making funny faces in recently released photos of him in jail.
This comes after reports that the state of Florida filed documents registering their intent to seek the death penalty against the 19-year-old Florida rapper. Prosecutors have maintained that YNW Melly killed his two friends, YNW Sakchaser and YNW Juvy, and staged it to look like a drive-by shooting along with YNW Bortlen, who is also being held in jail while awaiting trial. YNW Melly's father reacted to the news by releasing a track called "Melly on My Mind," where he professed his son's innocence.
