Recently, Bill Nye had a segment on John Oliver’s HBO show ‘Last Week Tonight’ where he kept it very candid about climate change. Oliver is known for his very raw takes on politics, pop culture, and the environment, so it was only right that Nye followed suit.
Bill Nye spoke on emissions and how there is a potential risk of the average temperature on Earth rising a few degrees, and summed it up by saying “What I’m saying is the planet’s on f**king fire. There are a lot of things we could do to put it out — are any of them free? No, of course not. Nothing’s free, you idiots."
