21 Savage has not held his tongue in terms of rap in the past, and recently took to Twitter to reveal who he feels is the greatest rapper of all time: Jay-Z.
Via Twitter, 21 shared a photo of Jiggaman along with the caption “Greatest to ever do it not up for debate.” While the acknowledgment seems out of nowhere, 21 has expressed praise to Jay Z in the past, and the praise was reciprocated as Roc Nation got a lawyer for the Atlanta rapper when he faced immigration issues with ICE earlier this year.
