Previously, Dababy’s security got into an altercation with a fan outside of a Lawrence, MA nightclub when the fan asked to get a photo with Dababy but was denied. The fan allegedly got aggressive after he was told no to getting a photo, and ultimately was left in a coma.
Now, a report surfaced saying Dababy still was able to make off with his $22,000 fee despite not performing. The company who booked the rapper said they are not looking to go to court with the rapper, as long as he reschedules and makes plans to come back and perform at a later date. The company confirmed that Dababy’s contract said the rapper could leave if he felt the security for the venue was not on point. They also denied that there was any type of security risk to make the rapper leave.

According to reports, DaBaby and his team may be in some trouble after an altercation between the rapper’s security and a man was caught on video. The man reportedly wanted to take a photo with the rapper when security began to beat on him.
Don Trag, the man who got into the altercation with the security guards, has “significant brain and neck swelling” according to his brother. The altercation caught on video went down at Centro Nightclub, moments before DaBaby was set to perform at the venue. Don Trag’s mother noted that she has gotten in touch with a lawyer as a result of the incident.
