Previously, it was reported that the Crips attempted to trademark “The Marathon Continues” slogan of late Los Angeles rapper Nipsey Hussle. Now, the brother of Nipsey, Samiel “Blacc Sam” Asghedom has filed a trademark application for the slogan as well.
Blacc Sam put in the trademark application on May 28 and noted that the slogan would be used for “charitable activities and the doing of good deeds for others and the promotion of ethical and character values.”
This news comes after Blacc Sam also made the push to become the administrator of his late brother’s estate.
