While many have already seen the footage of Lil Xan brandishing a pistol at a man after being approached about his comments regarding Tupac, the incident has landed Lil Xan in some serious trouble as it is being reported that he is under investigation. According to TMZ, authorities are now looking into the incident as a case of assault with a deadly weapon. In order for the charges to stick, however, the victim in the case must say that he feared for his life whether shots were fired or not.
Under California law, Lil Xan could be facing a felony charge which would carry a possible four-year prison sentence.
