Grant Cardone spoke to VladTV about the market crash in the mid-2000s and not being hurt because he was making practical and safe investments in when others weren't. He also explained that he didn't lose any of his properties in the recession, but he had the bank trying to get him to pay back the $50 million he owed because they were going under. Cardone also revealed that he was being sued for $60 million after backing out of a business deal that he felt was unsafe.
