Recently, video footage surfaced of a black man in what appears to be an altercation with multiple Pennsylvania police. The man can be seen throwing a punch a cop while other police try to swarm him. A bystander in the video noted that one of the cops allegedly punched the man in the face first, which prompted the entire situation. Watch above.
