More news on the status of Slim 400 has surfaced. The rapper reportedly woke up after undergoing multiple surgeries for multiple gun shot wounds. Slim 400's recovery time is allegedly two months, and his jaw will be wired shut for most of that time.

According to reports, Slim 400 was recently taken out of surgery and was revealed to be in stable condition after being shot 10 times in Compton, California. The news came via his publicist. Stay tuned for more updates.

Horrible news coming out of Los Angeles, as YG's close friend and 4Hunnit associate Slim 400 has been shot 10 times and is currently in the hospital. Adam22 of No Jumper tweeted the news which got picked up by several other outlets.
