Skippa Da Flippa opened up to VladTV about facing fugitive charges in North Carolina, explaining that the feds came after him at one of his shows and arrested him after seeing him roll a blunt. He explained that from there, he was held in jail for two months on no charges while waiting to be extradited to Atlanta.
