In this clip, Boosie didn't mince words when he called Keefe D a rat for telling that his now-deceased nephew Orlando Anderson was the gunman who killed Tupac. Boosie went on to explain to Vlad how it doesn't matter what the circumstances are, he's not excusing any form of snitching nor would he ever do it.
Later, Vlad throws out different scenarios to see if Boosie's stance changes. They also discuss other peoples' cases and whether Boosie would tell under those circumstances and Vlad tries explaining to Boosie what the Iran-Contra scandal was.
