Nine Trey Bloods member Kristian Cruz, aka "CEO Kris," is the latest person to testify in the Tekashi 6ix9ine case. So far, Tekashi, Cruz, and Tekashi's driver, Jorge Rivera, have all testified in the case against Nine Trey members Anthony "Harv" Ellison, and Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack.
Cruz testified that he joined the Nine Trey Bloods in 2015, worked his way to five-star general, and had a close relationship with the gang’s "godfather" Jamel "Mel Murda" Jones. He estimated earning between $2 million and $3 million selling heroin and fentanyl, and Cruz testified that former NYPD sergeant Arlicia Robinson helped him distribute the drugs. Robinson was dating a friend of Cruz's and was assigned to a Housing Bureau command in Brooklyn that covered 22 projects in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Williamsburg and Downtown Brooklyn. Tekashi previously confirmed that Nine Trey had a clubhouse in Bed-Stuy where he filmed the "GUMMO" video.
Robinson was arrested the same day other members of Nine Trey were taken down and she has been released on $100,000 bond for a charge of possession of heroin with intent to distribute.
