Recently, Trump made an appearance at a fundraiser at the Trump Hotel in Chicago, and went out of his way to bring up the Jussie Smollett case, calling out the actor and also delivering some harsh words for police chief Eddie Johnson.
Trump said the attack on Jussie Smollett was a scam and also went on to compare the situation to his impeachment inquiry. Trump said "It is a scam. A real big scam. Just like the impeachment of your president is a scam." Watch above.
