A South Carolina man is claiming that he got more than sweet tea inside of his cup at a McDonald’s, alleging that his tea contained three bags of weed in it.
Parrish Brown reportedly went into McDonald’s and asked for a sweet tea with light ice and extra lemon. However, he allegedly got three bags of weed in his cup and didn’t realize it was weed until he was “high as a kite.” Brown noted that he never had marijuana before and doesn’t know what it tastes like. Brown said, “I have never had weed a day in my life, so immediately after I started drinking it, I started to feel weird, and it didn’t taste like something I recognized.” The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the matter.
