Chicago rapper Lil Reese was critically wounded Monday (November 11) after being shot in the neck at a busy intersection in Country Club Hills. Investigators revealed that a car pulled up on Reese and fired approximately two-dozen rounds with an AK-47. Witnesses say that Reese left in a separate car and was found at South Suburban Medical Center in Hazel Crest. He was later transferred to a separate facility for further treatment.
Following the scary incident, Lil Reese hopped on Instagram Live after being released from the hospital on Friday (November 15). He didn't say much in the video, as he covered his face with his jacket and wearing his hood up.
