According to the New York Daily News, David Wipperman, 61, was arrested after a road rage episode where he was accused of spitting chewed food into the mouth of the motorist he was in conflict with. The police report states that Wipperman exited his vehicle to confront the other motorist after both cars pulled over.
When the woman rolled down her window, Wipperman allegedly spit food onto the motorist's face leading some of the food to land in her mouth. While the incident occurred on October 29, police just arrested Wipperman on November 21 and charged the 61-year-old with battery.
