According to reports, Harvey Weinstein is facing more charges in Los Angeles. Weinstein has been accused of sexually assaulting two women in separate instances.
One instance reportedly found Weinstein raping one woman and sexually assaulting the other. The incidents reportedly occurred on two consecutive days in February 13. These charges have nothing to do with the felony sexual assault charges the disgraced filmmaker is facing in New York according to reports.
District Attorney Jackie Lacey said “We believe the evidence will show that the defendant used his power and influence to gain access to his victims and then commit violent crimes against them.” Stay tuned for more details on this situation.
