DJ Qualls, known for his roles in ‘Road Trip’ and ‘The New Guy’ recently revealed that he came out as gay while on stage in a Jim Jefferies show that went down in San Diego.
The actor usually plays shy guy roles that find him becoming a more outgoing ladies man. However, the actor noted his on-screen persona is completely different from who he is in real life. The actor said “It is 11:20pm. I just came out on stage at a @jimjefferies show in San Diego." He added, "Yep, I’m gay. Been gay this whole time. Tired of worrying about what people would think of me. Tired of worrying about what it would do to my career."
