Previously, Yo Gotti and Jay-Z, along with Team Roc made a motion to sue Mississippi state officials over prison conditions on behalf of 29 inmates. The lawsuit noted that inmates are being kept in inhuman conditions and are also being subjected to violent conditions. Now, Yo Gotti has asked for federal assistance to make the change in conditions.
Team Roc took to Instagram to release a video that graphically shows the conditions that inmates are reportedly dealing with, and the videos were taken by inmates who were using contraband phones. The images included on the post seemingly show a dirty cell, horrific injuries of inmates, and a knife fight between prisoners. Take a look above.
