Previously, Gervonta Davis turned himself in to police after he was seen snatching up the mother of his child while at a basketball game. Now, more footage has surfaced of the incident, and Davis can be seen allegedly taking a swing at the woman before many others spill out of the entryway to the hallway of the venue. Once Davis swings, a few seconds later the woman can be seen going after the boxer. Not too long after that goes down, another man and Davis almost get into an altercation. Watch above.

Previously, video footage surfaced of Gervonta Davis allegedly snatching up the mother of his child while at an event. The video ended up going viral as a result, and Davis surrendered himself to police shortly after. Now, reports surfaced, noting Davis has pleaded not guilty to simple battery domestic violence charge against him.
The boxer is set to face a judge on March 3rd, and the conditions of his release include not speaking or being in the same space as his ex. Davis is still maintaining he is innocent in the incident.

According to multiple reports, boxing champion Gervonta Davis has been arrested on charges on domestic violence and simple assault after a video showing him engaged in a physical altercation with his ex-girlfriend went viral. Authorities commented on the viral video which captures Davis choking his ex, stating, "As a result of an ongoing investigation after being notified through social media and the victim, on Feb. 1 2020, [Davis] was observed battering his former girlfriend whom [sic] have child together." Cops added, "[Davis] surrendered himself, to the Coral Gables Police detectives assigned to the case."
Davis issued a statement over the weekend regarding the incident, saying, in part, "I never once hit her ... yeah I was aggressive and told her come on," adding, "That's the mother of my child. I would never hurt her."
