A California man who goes by @prophetamenra on Instagram uploaded a video of a man jumping from the balcony of his flooded hotel room in Commerce, CA. The man, who was soaking wet, climbed over the railing and jumped onto an SUV below, smashing the roof and the hood. While a child below is screaming at the man because he smashed her family's car, the man walks over to a curb in the parking lot and crouches down.
While the man who uploaded the video claims that heard that the man was trying to kill himself by drowning in the room, but he added that there could be more to the story. Another woman with information about the situation claims the man got high and set off the sprinklers, causing the room to flood.
