Cox then detailed an incident where he surveyed a homeless man and got his information, then bought two homes and got a variety of loans due to that. As time went on and kept committing fraud, Cox was eventually arrested while in the bank because Wachovia placed a notice on his account saying to arrest him when he comes to the bank.
