Lee Merritt, the attorney for Ahmaud Arbery's family, appeared on TMZ Live and revealed that the FBI is investigating 2 district attorneys and members of the police department who allegedly covered up Ahmaud's killing. Merritt revealed that the FBI is looking into why no arrests were made for three months after Ahmaud was shot and killed by Travis McMichael, who was accompanied by his father Gregory, and William Bryan, who videotaped the murder.

Merritt named George Barnhill, a district attorney who Merritt says attempted to cover up Ahmaud's death, and he added that District Attorney Jackie L. Johnson instructed officers not to arrest the McMichaels and Bryan. You can hear more of what Merritt had to say above.
