D.L. Hughley came through for yet another VladTV interview, and this time around, he started out by stating that the worst virus known to man, is man. He added that the "worst strain" is the white man. D.L. went on to share his thoughts on voting, which he believes should be manditory for U.S. citizens. When it comes to people that brag about not voting, D.L. stated that decision are being made regardless, and he added that it should be more convenient to vote.
