Fox News reporter Leland Vittert was covering the protests erupting across the country following the death of George Floyd, who was killed by now-former Minneapolis police officer David Chauvin, and Vittert was met by a group of protesters screaming "f*** Fox News!"

As Vittert and his crew were fleeing the area, a woman told them, "Imagine what it's like to be a black man, feeling like this every f***ing day." Another protester stole their mic and threw it at them as they linked arms and tried to hurry out of the area. One of his security staffers was punched and knocked out. Vittert addressed the situation, stating, "This was the scariest situation I’ve been in since I got chased out of Tahrir Square by a mob, and this was equally scary."
