A viral video appears to show police and National Guard members shooting paint rounds at residents on their porch at curfew in Minneapolis amid the ongoing protests.
According to CBS4 WCCO, Tanya Kerssen posted the video to Twitter, showing the Minnesota National Guard and Minneapolis police sweeping her residential street in the Whittier Neighborhood. Officers can be seen repeatedly telling people to get back in their houses, while another follows up by stating, "light 'em up!" before letting off several rounds.
The curfew went into effect at 8 p.m. in Minneapolis, as other cities are enforcing a curfew as well. Looting was seen at various businesses around the country, including people rushing into a Louis Vuitton store in Seattle, stealing more than $85,000 in merchandise.
