A march in St. Louis, Missouri, found protesters demanding that Mayor Lyda Krewsom resign. However, while protesting, a white couple could be seen outside of their mansion, pointing their guns at those protesters, while shouting at them.
In the video, the protesters can be heard saying, “Resign Lyda, take the cops with you.” The backlash against the mayor reportedly stems from Lyda Krewsom reading names and addresses of people who wrote letters asking the mayor to defund the police. Krewsom apologized for the Facebook live briefing and removed it from online, but noted that she “has absolutely no intention of resigning.”
Once again, Donald Trump reportedly retweeted the video before deleting. As of now, no charges were filed against the couple.
