In this clip, Richie Rich speaks about being caught up in a federal case after being associated with some guys at a bike shop he frequented that were being surveiled. After his home was raided in the case, Richie explained that they found 50 marijuana plants that he was growing, which was legal on a state level in California, but still illegal federally. After the case was delayed for years, Richie was sentenced to a year and got 7 years probation, which prohibited him from drinking or smoking.
