According to reports, Big Meech has been denied an early prison release due to disciplinary violations. Meech filed a request earlier this year during the coronavirus outbreak seeking an early release out of fear of contracting the virus. His brother, Terry "Southwest T" Flenory, was granted a compassionate release for a similar request back in May. That same month, Big Meech filed his first request which was denied and now his second request was met with the same judgment.
Federal authorities say that Big Meech has lost a total of 135 days of Good Conduct Credit stemming from several disciplinary violations with one of Meech's violations resulting in a stay in solitary confinement.
