Benzino recently ran into trouble as the rapper and TV personality was arrested for an alleged altercation involving the mother of his child’s new boyfriend.
Reports noted the incident went down with Benzino and a man who his baby mother Althea Eaton was allegedly hanging out with. The police report for the incident says the man and Althea were approached by Benzino in Braselton, GA, while “out for a walk in the neighborhood,” saying Benzino stepped to them in a “threatening and harassing manner.”
The man said he tried to get into his truck, but Benzino allegedly hit his truck multiple times with his bare fist. Police noted there were two dent marks in the driver’s side door of the vehicle.
Although Benzino denied hitting the truck, witnesses said they saw him, and Benzino was arrested as a result. He was charged with one count of 2nd-degree criminal damage and one count of disorderly conduct. Benzino was taken to Gwinnett County Jail, and his bail was set at $8,450.
