Rapper 42 Dugg was arrested in Oakland County, Michigan on Monday (August 3) after fleeing from officers two months ago.
According to TMZ, police attempted to pull over a 2020 Chevy Tahoe that ran a stop sign back on June 5. When the cop approached the car, the SUV was able to escape, but the officer was able to get the license number. Surveillance footage later revealed that 42 Dugg was driving the SUV at the time it fled from the officer.
42 Dugg was booked on third-degree felony charges of fleeing an officer, and he later posted $20,000 bond. He was fitted with an ankle monitor upon his release and faces up to 5 years in prison, a $1,000 fine, and suspension of his license for 1 year.
