Earlier today, Kimbella posted a video on Juelz Santana's Instagram page announcing that her husband would be released today and that she was waiting outside of the prison. Juelz was sentenced to 27 months after accepting a plea deal on behalf of charges related to his attempt to bring a loaded gun on an airplane.

"Juelz was supposed to get released last Tuesday [but] some sh** happened," Kimbella said. "But we're outside of the prison now and he's gonna be released any minute. And I'll leave it all up to him when he gets out. Stay tuned!"

The Instagram post was followed by photos of Juelz reuniting with his family hours later.

"I missed my family, GOD is good!!!," read one caption, as the Dipset member was wearing his "Santana Free" merch.

Juelz was scheduled to spend the rest of this year in prison after being granted a February 2021 release date. However, his legal team fought to shave some months off of his sentence amid the coronavirus pandemic.
