According to reports, a man in Norfolk, Virginia, was seriously injured after a woman allegedly ran over him twice with her car this past Thursday. Videos of the incident surfaced online from people who were at the JANAF shopping center where the incident went down. When police got on the scene, they found the man lying on the ground in what they described to be a life-threatening condition. As a result, the man was taken to the Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where it was noted that he was in critical condition.
In the footage that surfaced, a woman could be seen shouting at the man on the ground, who did not move at all. The woman could be seen spitting on the man as well, and even threw the bumper that became undone from the car, on top of the man. Norfolk police noted they arrested 34-year-old Bashirah Tripp for the incident on Friday and charged the woman with aggravated assault.
