In this clip, E-40 spoke about dropping his solo album "Federal," followed by 1993's "The Mailman," which introduced his recurring character "Captain Save a Hoe." The project also featured the track "Practice Lookin' Hard," which E-40 explained was inspired by him and his friends mean mugging people all the time, including one another. He went on to speak about forming a friendship with 2Pac after the late rapper shouted him out on one of his songs.
