According to reports, a Kentucky man was arrested after trying to sell a toddler at a local gas station for $2,500. Harry Day was arrested on Sunday and arraigned Monday when he entered a guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of promoting human trafficking of a child under 18. The child Day attempted to traffic was a 4-year-old boy. Authorities say the boy is the child of a woman named Gertrude Henson who Day was said to be smoking meth with early Sunday. 

When troopers arrived at Henson's home, they found the boy's mother along with meth and other drug paraphernalia. Day was charged with promoting [the] human trafficking of a child under 18 and driving under the influence among other charges. Henson received two counts of endangering a minor along with several drug charges.
