Andre Rison described his rise as a star athlete in high school and college. The former wide receiver said his mother instrumental in keeping him grounded during this time. Rison also talked about his home being shot up the night before the NFL Draft. He said he has no idea who's responsible for the shooting or the reason, while his mother believes it the shooting was over jealousy.
Rison credited the shooting with him placing an emphasis on security moving forward. He detailed the safety precautions that professional athletes must take, especially in other states, in order to avoid being robbed or extorted. Rison also described meeting Big Meech in Atlanta and learning how to put security teams together during their times with each other.
